Not completely satisfied with your item? You have 15 days from receipt or collection of your order to return it.

To return an item, follow the steps below:

Online purchase

Have you bought a canvas on TableauxduMonde.co.uk and changed your mind?

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to make a return and request a refund online. For any exchange, we invite you to make a return of your order, then to proceed to a new order.

Prepare your parcel

Your item must be undamaged, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Any defects found on the canvas or frame will result in the item being returned to the customer.

Send your item via Mondial Relais to the following address. We invite you to keep the proof of deposit of the parcel. (You are responsible for the return postage costs)

It is necessary to return your order via LaPoste.

Refunds

You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt and processing of your return parcel(s). Please allow for a 20% restocking fee.

Why a restocking fee?

Paintings are made to order and are generally not resold following a return, which implies storage costs.

ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE – RETURNS – REFUNDS – WITHDRAWAL

If an item is faulty or does not conform to the order, the buyer has 15 working days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended until the next working day.

The customer must return the items new, unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation. In such a case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to support@tableauxdumonde.com (description and photos attached).

In case of deterioration no longer allowing the sale of the product returned, TableauxduMonde® is entitled to refuse the return and return the order to the customer.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, TableauxduMonde® is obliged to refund the sums paid by the customer, except for the cost of return, delivery insurance and restocking fee of 20%. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package (s) returned.

You will then be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
