Order and delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 2 to 4 days.
We estimate the average delivery time to be between 7 and 10 working days anywhere in Europe. UPS may experience transport problems due to unforeseen events, sometimes your order may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Your order will be delivered by UPS.
Don’t worry, our canvases will be left in your letterbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at a UPS collection point where you can pick it up.
Don’t worry, if your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your details. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
However, you can try to contact UPS to change the delivery address or choose a collection point nearby.
Our products are sometimes shipped separately for shorter delivery times. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly. If you still haven’t received them, please contact us at the following address: support@tableauxdumonde.com
Payments
This site is 100% secure.
First of all, our site is on an HTTPS server (the little padlock to the left of the URL on this page is there to remind you).
Most sites only secure their ‘shopping basket’ and everything to do with paying for orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malicious software.
Currently, you can pay by credit card, Apple Pay and Klarna on our site. We do not accept bank cheques, transfers or cash on delivery.
Returns and refunds
We offer a money-back guarantee.
If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt and we will refund the price of the item as soon as we receive it. (A 20% restocking fee will be charged.)
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and you will be responsible for the cost of returning them. A proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
